Working at Weave
Values, working style, and backgrounds
Weave is built around careful craft, generous collaboration, and respect for the places and people we design for. The work asks for imagination, but also operational discipline: experiences have to move real guests through real environments and work when the doors open.
The team may work remotely, in person in Boston, or alongside partners and institutions around the world. Some projects need quiet writing, production, and engineering time. Others need site walkthroughs, installation support, partner training, testing with real participants, or hands-on work inside museums, venues, campuses, conferences, and cultural spaces.
This work draws from several backgrounds: audio production, educational design, game design and gamification, psychology, software engineering, interaction design, facilitation, accessibility, and operations. Strong candidates are usually people who can move between creative intent and practical constraints without losing sight of the guest experience.
