Careers

Help shape shared real-world adventures.

Weave brings together creative strategy, narrative design, audio production, interaction design, and practical technology to help people experience places together.

We are not hiring for any specific roles right now, but we are always interested in hearing from thoughtful people who care about story, sound, play, museums, events, learning, accessibility, and technology that supports real-world presence.

Values, working style, and backgrounds

Weave is built around careful craft, generous collaboration, and respect for the places and people we design for. The work asks for imagination, but also operational discipline: experiences have to move real guests through real environments and work when the doors open.

The team may work remotely, in person in Boston, or alongside partners and institutions around the world. Some projects need quiet writing, production, and engineering time. Others need site walkthroughs, installation support, partner training, testing with real participants, or hands-on work inside museums, venues, campuses, conferences, and cultural spaces.

This work draws from several backgrounds: audio production, educational design, game design and gamification, psychology, software engineering, interaction design, facilitation, accessibility, and operations. Strong candidates are usually people who can move between creative intent and practical constraints without losing sight of the guest experience.

Values

Integrity & Honesty

We are direct about what an experience can do, what the technology needs, and what tradeoffs a project requires. Trust matters with clients, partners, guests, and each other.

Empathy & Compassion

We design for real people in real places. That means listening closely, planning for different access needs, respecting institutional context, and treating collaborators with care.

Creativity & Passion

We care about story, sound, play, and memorable shared moments. The goal is not novelty for its own sake; it is making places feel more vivid, participatory, and alive.

Curiosity & Research

Our best ideas come from learning the audience, the space, the collection, the constraints, and the emotional arc of the journey before we design the solution.

Adaptability & Commitment

Projects change when they meet reality. We need people who can revise, test, support launches, solve problems on site, and stay committed to the experience after the first concept is approved.
